"Surviving is important; thriving is elegant."

- Maya Angelou

In order to develop meaningful solutions to today’s global problems, it is well documented that leaders from the public, private, and civil sectors need to work together and optimize each of their skills, knowledge and resources.  However, best of intentions do not always convert to the desired involvement, innovation, and impact.  In order to succeed at moving intention to collective action, these leaders need to develop their Collaborative Intelligence (CI), and the sum of their parts will surely lead to greater impact.

I am beginning to realize that this Collaborative Intelligence model serves as a foundational framework for leadership development.
